Tianjin Jinfan Mould Co., Ltd. is an enterprise that develops and manufactures plate heat exchanger moulds. After 20 years of development, the company has a design team of more than 10 people and more than 50 outstanding employees. The mould production factory has more than 40 sets (sets) of large-scale machining centers, CNC milling and other equipment, and has provided nearly 3000 sets of moulds for plate heat exchanger manufacturers at home and abroad, mold sales in Europe and America, Russia, Southeast Asia. The types of molds include detachable plate molds, brazed plate molds, plate and shell plate molds, welded plate molds, semi-welded plate molds and other heat exchanger molds. The plate heat exchanger production plant covers an area of 25000 square meters and a construction area of 15000 square meters. The types of heat exchangers available to customers include: detachable heat exchanger, plate-and-frame heat exchanger, plate-and-shell heat exchanger, semi-welded detachable heat exchanger, fully welded heat exchanger, etc. It can provide users with more than 300 types of plates with a single plate heat exchange area of 0.03 ㎡-3.25 ㎡, including air conditioning and refrigeration plates, water making machine plates, wide channel plates, evaporation plates, condensation plates, HVAC heat exchange plates, etc,, we mainly provide some foreign various brands of heat exchanger plate and rubber pad rack and other accessories.
