Semi-welded plate heat exchanger is this kind of heat exchanger, whose plates are consist of two plates which is welded by laser along the seal groove, and the two plates are sealed by the gasekts which clamped on the fixed plate and active plate through superposition. The advantage of semi-welded plate heat exchanger is that one side is sealed by welding and the other siede is sealed by gasket in order to clean easily. Meanwhile, there are two special gaskets to seal the two corner pores in the welding side in order to use the fewest seal gaskets.
Application
Semi-welded plate heat exchanger takes the place of shell and tube heat exchanger and welded plate heat exchanger, which is applied for cooling and chemical processing, especially for the steam and condensate of refrigerant, such as ammonia and the chemical processing of corrosive liquid. Semi-welded plate heat exchangers are applied in the following fields, such as ammonia refrigeration, sulfuric acid, caustic soda, petrochemical industry, metallurgy industry, mechanical industry, pharmacy industry and food industry and so on.
