How to deal with the liquid string in the funke plate heat exchanger

During the use of funke plate heat exchangers, various problems will inevitably occur. A large part of these problems are caused by improper fabrication, wrong selection, and estimation errors, and some reason for the aging of caused by funke plate heat exchangers.
cause:
①Cracks or perforations caused by plate corrosion due to improper selection of plates.
②The operating conditions do not meet the design requirements.
③ Stress corrosion caused by residual stress after cold stamping and too small clamping size during assembly.
④ There is slight leakage at the plate leakage groove, which causes harmful substances in the medium to condense and corrode the plate and form a string of liquids.
Approach:
①Replace the cracked or perforated plate, and use the light transmission method to find the crack of the plate on site.
② Adjust the operating parameters to make them meet the design conditions.
③ When the heat exchanger is repaired and assembled, the clamping size should meet the requirements, not as small as possible.
④ Funke plate heat exchanger plate materials are reasonably matched.
