Titanium plate heat exchanger is a new type of high-efficiency heat exchanger stacked by a series of titanium sheets with a certain corrugated shape. Thin rectangular channels are formed between the various plates, and heat exchange is performed through the half plates. Compared with conventional tube heat exchangers, its heat transfer coefficient is much higher under the same flow resistance and pump power consumption, and it can replace tube heat exchangers in the applicable range.

Titanium plate heat exchanger is mainly composed of frame and titanium plate. The titanium plate is made by pressing the titanium plate into corrugations of various shapes with various molds, and there are corner holes on the four corners of the titanium plate for the flow channel of the medium. The periphery and corner holes of the titanium plates are sealed with rubber gaskets. The frame is composed of a fixed pressure plate, a movable pressure plate, upper and lower guide rods and clamping bolts. The titanium plate heat exchanger is made by superimposing titanium plates in the middle of the fixed compression plate and the movable compression plate, and then clamping them with clamping bolts.
