The heat transfer principle of the thermowave plate heat exchanger is based on the law of thermodynamics: "Heat is always transferred from an object with a high temperature to an object with a low temperature. When there is a temperature difference between the two objects, there must be a process of heat transfer." Two liquids in When the two sides of the plate heat exchanger are convected, the heat is transferred from the liquid on the side with high temperature to the liquid on the side with low temperature (generally, the high temperature side is on the primary side, and the low temperature side is on the secondary side). Because the plate adopts the optimized design of the corrugated wave structure, its heat exchange efficiency can reach about 92%. In this way, the heat on the high temperature side can be effectively absorbed and utilized by the low temperature side.

Specifically, on the high temperature side, the dark red arrow points to the inlet of the high temperature side, and the pink arrow points to the outlet of the high temperature side; on the low temperature side, the dark blue arrow points to the inlet of the low temperature side, and the sky blue points to the low temperature side side exit. When the liquid enters from the deep red inlet, after convection, the heat is transferred to the liquid on the low temperature side that enters from the dark blue inlet through the plates. After the temperature of the liquid on the high temperature side drops, the liquid flows out from the pink outlet; when the temperature of the liquid on the low temperature side rises, the liquid flows out from the sky blue outlet. At this point, the liquid completes the heat exchange process.
