2. Impurities are poor conductors of heat. The deposition of impurities on the outside of the machine reduces the heat transfer efficiency, thereby affecting the production speed. In terms of production, the total heat transfer coefficient K value of the plate heat exchange unit decreases with the increase of dirt thermal resistance, and the K value in a clean environment is relatively high, that is, the higher the influence of impurity thermal resistance. As a result, the heat exchange area must be additionally enhanced when the plate heat exchange unit is manufactured, so as to compensate for the influence of the thermal resistance of impurities.
3. The deposition of dirt in the heat exchange tube leads to the reduction of the flow cross-sectional area of the medium in the tube, which increases the flow resistance, which increases the power consumption of the pump or fan, and also increases the power consumption of the automatic cleaning machine, resulting in the total energy consumption of the machine. Destruction increases.
4. The shutdown and cleaning caused by dirt reduces the continuous use cycle of the machine and affects the production efficiency. It will even lower the quality of the plate heat exchange unit.
