　　1. Performance inspection and testing. When rust is suspected, check the wall thickness of the heat exchanger and pipes.
　　2, remove the aging plate heat exchanger gasket, because the rubber is sticky and there may be some adhesion. Therefore, a high-pressure blowing device is used to treat the chemical medium remaining on the surface of the plate heat exchanger.
　　3. Focus on checking the condition of the sealing groove and trimming if necessary.
　　4. The reassembled plate heat exchanger gasket group is clamped in a special fixture to cure the adhesive; it is heated in a holding furnace to achieve better adhesion. For non-adhesive gaskets, different devices are used to fix the gaskets in the heat sink.
