2. When purchasing a plate heat exchanger, choose the one with a wide flow path between the plates to prevent the flow of large media.
3. For the measured fluid with small temperature difference, attention should be paid to the flow velocity at the interface not being too high to meet the pressure drop condition.
4. When selecting parameters for plate heat exchangers, focus on temperature, material, and pressure.
5. If you want to use it for steam operation, you can choose special equipment, and it is not recommended to choose a plate heat exchanger.
6. For the selection of the plate area, you can choose a plate with a larger area, because if the heat transfer is large, the number of plates can be reduced. If you choose a small area, a large number of plates will affect the heat transfer efficiency.
