How to clean the fully welded plate heat exchanger

The fully welded plate heat exchanger belongs to the sub-neighborhood heat exchanger. Its structure is that two flow channels are generated by welding between two adjacent plates. The two media with different temperatures flow through the channels on both sides of the same plate. The medium channel controls the flow area and flow length according to the partition plate, so that the high temperature fluid transfers heat to the low temperature fluid according to the plate, thereby accomplishing the purpose of heat transfer.
When chemically cleaning the corrosion-resistant all-welded plate heat exchanger, it is necessary to analyze and test the fouled scale according to the actual conditions and water quality, and prepare chemical cleaning agents separately. Since the difficulty of cleaning increases rapidly with the increase of the thickness or deposition of the scale layer, the cleaning interval should not be too long. It should be regularly based on the characteristics of the production device, the properties of the heat exchange medium, the corrosion rate and the operation cycle. Inspect, repair and clean.
