How to control the flow velocity at the corner hole of the plate heat exchanger

The flow velocity at the corner of the plate heat exchanger is usually controlled at 6m/s. After the plate corner hole is determined, a series of plates can be confirmed. Different angles are required, and different manufacturers have different board types. Some are that I know of a company that has up to 7 plates under 100mm corner holes in 3 standard sizes and 2 flow path widths.
As for the size of a single piece, my experience is to consider the price while meeting the requirements of the process. From the cost ratio of the single chip area, the bigger the cheaper, but the price of the whole machine must consider the price of the structure, so one should be considered. The single piece area is small, the structure price is low, but the unit price is high. Also, the single chip area is too small, and in addition to occupying a large area, placement of a single process board is often difficult to achieve.
