2. Plate thickness of plate heat exchanger The thickness of the heat exchanger plate is inversely proportional to the heat transfer coefficient. At present, the thickness of domestic plate heat exchanger plates is generally 0.5-1.0mm. Considering the manufacturer's production process, the degree of on-site operation and factors such as corrosion and descaling, the thickness of the heat exchanger plates should be selected to be 0.7-0.9ram.
3. The material of the gasket should consider the actual situation of the site, the working temperature of the plate heat exchanger, the composition of hardened water and many other factors. The material of the gasket should be EPDM rubber.
