Tube expansion test of plate heat exchanger

In order to ensure the success of the expansion joint quality, it is necessary to carry out test expansion, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the work. Below we will introduce the test expansion process of the plate heat exchanger tube expansion in detail.
1. During the expansion test, all conditions, including the material of the tube and tube sheet of the plate heat exchanger and its mechanical properties, dimensions, tube expansion tools, surrounding environment and operators, should be consistent with the actual working conditions.
2. After the expansion, the sealing test and the pull-off test should be carried out.
3. In the test expansion, the diameter of the pipe and the tube sheet hole before and after the expansion should be accurately measured to determine the obtained expansion rate, and carefully observe the various signs of the outer surface of the plate heat exchanger and the axial elongation of the pipe quantity.
4. Take the tube out of the tube sheet and observe the flying deformation of the expanded part.
The expansion test of the plate heat exchanger is mainly to check some of its performance. Through this test, you can also know how the heat exchange efficiency of the equipment is. At the same time, when we use it, some operations may be carried out. After some experiments, the conclusion can only be determined.
