What are the main manufacturing technical requirements for plate heat exchangers

With water as the experimental liquid, one-sided pressure experiments should be carried out on both sides respectively, and the experimental pressure should be 1.25 times the planned pressure. After the pressure test, the accumulated water should be removed, air-dried or sun-dried, and then clamped.
Gasket quality
a. The use of temperature and physical properties should comply with relevant regulations.
b. The appearance is not allowed to have bubbles, pits and other defects that affect the sealing function with an area greater than 3mm2 and a depth greater than 1.5mm.
Heat exchange function
The function of the plate, the total heat transfer coefficient under the conditions of water-water heat exchange, countercurrent operation, the qualitative temperature difference on the hot side of 40°C, and the flow velocity on both sides of 0.5m/s, for the horizontal flat wave plate, should be greater than 2210W/ (m2.K); For herringbone corrugated sheet, it should be greater than 2908W/(m2.K).
