(1) Small temperature difference
Due to the high heat transfer coefficient and strong turbulence of the plate heat exchanger, after the flow heat exchange in the heat exchanger, the temperature difference between the primary and secondary hot water of the heat exchanger can be very small, and sometimes the temperature difference can tend to Nearly 1 ℃ ~ 3 ℃. In this way, the thermal efficiency can be greatly increased and the economy of the heat exchange equipment can be improved.
(2) Small heat loss
Since the edge of the plate and the surrounding gasket are exposed to the atmosphere, the heat loss is extremely small, generally about 1%, and no thermal insulation measures are required. In the case of the same heat exchange area, the heat exchange loss of the plate heat exchanger is only 1 to 5 of that of the shell and tube heat exchanger, and the weight is less than half that of the shell and tube heat exchanger.
(3) Strong adaptability
On the one hand, when assembling the heat exchanger, the heat transfer plates can be easily increased or decreased according to the output and process requirements, and the plates can also be rearranged, and the process combination can be reselected. On the other hand, its adaptability is also reflected in its use. Plate heat exchangers are widely used. At present, they are widely used in chemical, mechanical, cement, petroleum, electric power, hot water heating and other engineering fields. In the process of heating, cooling, evaporation, condensation, waste heat recovery, etc., the purpose of application is achieved by the heat exchange between media in the plate heat exchanger.
(4) Flexible operation and convenient maintenance
Both the heat transfer plate and the movable pressing plate are suspended on the beam of the machine. There is a rolling device above the pressing plate, which can easily open the equipment for cleaning, and can take out a plate for inspection or replacement of gaskets.
