Test expansion process of plate heat exchanger expansion tube

1. When the plate heat exchanger is tested for expansion, all conditions (including the material of the tube and tube sheet and its mechanical properties, dimensions, tube expansion tools, surrounding environment and operators) should be consistent with the actual working conditions.
2. During the test expansion, the diameter of the pipe and the tube sheet hole before and after expansion should be accurately measured to determine the obtained expansion rate, and carefully observe various signs on the outer surface and the axial elongation of the pipe.
3. After the expansion, the sealing test and the pull-off test should be carried out.
4. Finally, take the tube out of the tube sheet of the plate heat exchanger and observe the flying deformation of the expanded part.
After completing the above operations, the expansion joint quality of the plate heat exchanger test can be identified, and the expansion joint process can be finally determined according to the design and manufacturing requirements. However, when carrying out the test expansion operation, you must pay attention to your own operation to avoid affecting the test expansion results due to your improper operation.
