3. The four sides of the plate heat exchanger have a "honeycomb" design, which enables users to easily identify the correctness of the installation of the plate.
4. The plate heat exchanger sealing gasket adopts the card-type glue-free type, which can greatly save the future maintenance time (1/4 of the time for replacing the gasket).
5. The plate heat exchanger sealing gasket is designed in a "trapezoid shape", which can enhance the service life of the gasket.
6. There are complex patterns evenly distributed on the plates of the plate heat exchanger. The entire plate is divided into multiple parts, each part of the pattern has a different angle, and a changeable flow channel is formed on the entire plate that is in contact with each other. The pattern design of the plate has undergone computer simulation and simulated actual operation experiments to ensure efficient heat exchange efficiency.
7. Due to the influence of the pattern of the plate, obvious turbulent flow is formed in the flow channel, and the water is not easy to form scale on the surface of the plate, and even if the scale occurs, it is very easy to be washed away by the water flow.
