Plate heat exchanger plates are all stamped and formed by extremely precise molds. Only the plates formed once have the same precision, so there is a uniform metal point contact between the plates to ensure that the plate heat exchanger can be used in a relatively high temperature. It can operate normally under high pressure and can withstand the pressure shock of the system.

Advanced plate design lies in the application of CAD/CAM technology and advanced pressing technology, so that all plates have extremely high precision, so thinner plates are used to improve heat transfer efficiency.
Diversion area
In order to facilitate the configuration of the nozzle, the inlet and outlet nozzles of modern plate heat exchangers are all unilateral. To make full use of the full heat exchange area, it is necessary to ensure that the fluid is evenly distributed over the entire plate. For a wide plate, a uniform distribution should also be ensured. Another notable feature is the lower pressure drop, which allows more pressure drop to be used for heat transfer, resulting in a higher heat transfer coefficient.
