Plate heat exchanger is a kind of efficient and compact heat exchange equipment. Due to its high heat transfer coefficient, small pressure loss, compact structure, convenient maintenance and many other advantages, the application of plate heat exchanger has been paid more and more attention by people. However, due to the limitations of its own structure, the traditional detachable plate heat exchanger has a working pressure of no more than 2.5MPa and a working temperature of no more than 150°C. In addition, there are defects that the rubber gasket is easy to fail under high temperature, and in some cases Application issues in specific media have not been resolved.
All-welded plate heat exchangers expand the application range of gasketed heat exchangers, and have the advantages of high temperature resistance (maximum temperature 300 degrees), high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and high heat transfer efficiency.
